The Oregon Department of Forestry Forest Practice Administrative Rules and Forest Practices Act in its "newsprint" version can be found at https://www.oregon.gov/odf/Documents/workingforests/fpa-rule-book-2021.pdf. For private landowners looking for information on the management of their lands, go to https://www.oregon.gov/odf/working/Pages/helpinglandowners.aspx. Or to see what more the Oregon Department of Forestry offers on their website, go to http://www.oregon.gov/ODF/.

The Oregon Forest Resources Institute is dedicated to public understanding of forest stewardship to meet the social, environmental and economic needs of both present and future generations. Information and resources for landowners, teachers, interested parties and the general public is available on-line at http://www.oregonforests.org/.

The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife is charged with protecting and enhancing Oregon's fish and wildlife and their habitats for use and enjoyment by present and future generations. Not only do they regulate and manage fishing and hunting in Oregon, but they also are critical to the implementation of Oregon's Conservation Strategy.
